Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made via the official Summit Peptides website and governs cancellations, refunds, replacements, and chargebacks for research-grade peptide and laboratory materials.

1. Nature of Products (Critical Notice)

 

All products sold by Summit Peptides are:

  • Strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only

  • Not for human or veterinary consumption

  • Non-returnable once dispatched due to safety, traceability, and contamination control standards​

As research materials, products cannot be resold, reintroduced into inventory, or redistributed once they leave our controlled environment.

2. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

 

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our support team.

If the order has not entered fulfilment, a full refund will be issued.

After Dispatch

 

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

This includes:

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect a parcel

  • Return-to-sender due to non-acceptance

3. Refund Eligibility (Limited Circumstances)

 

Refunds or replacements are issued only under the following conditions:

  • Confirmed manufacturing defect

  • Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be issued for peptides that have been reconstituted using bacteriostatic water or any other diluent sourced from a third-party supplier. To ensure product integrity and sterility, customers assume all risk when using materials not supplied directly by our company. Any issues arising after reconstitution with third-party products are not covered under our refund or replacement policy.

  • Transit damage supported by clear photographic evidence

  • Parcel officially declared lost by the courier after investigation

No other refund scenarios apply.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Misinterpretation of research suitability

  • Failure to review product specifications

  • Delivery delays where parcel remains in transit

  • Refusal of delivery or non-collection

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Third-party analytical results or experimental outcomes

5. Returns Policy

 

Returns are accepted only when explicitly authorized in writing.

Authorized returns must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original sealed packaging

All returned items undergo inspection prior to approval of any refund or replacement.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected and disposed of without refund.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

 

Dispatch dates do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders will not be resent while marked “in transit.”

If a parcel is officially declared lost by the courier:

A refund or replacement will be issued following completion of the courier investigation, typically within 10–15 business days.

7. Chargeback Policy

 

Chargebacks Are Strongly Discouraged

Customers must contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks will be contested in cases involving:

  • Post-dispatch cancellation attempts

  • Order confirmations

  • Checkout research-use acknowledgment

  • Shipping confirmation and tracking records

  • Policy acceptance logs

8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

 

Repeated chargebacks or refund abuse may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Refusal of future orders

We reserve the right to report abusive activity to payment processors and fraud-prevention networks.

9. Refund Processing Time

 

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional time to reflect funds.

10. Legal Position

 

This policy reflects applicable consumer law exemptions relating to:

  • Goods supplied for professional or laboratory research use

  • Goods that cannot be returned for safety, sterility, or contamination-control reasons

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights where legally applicable.
